Can you help with a one-off request?

Yes. You can contact us about an individual issue or task. Ongoing administration is also available if you need regular help.

Can you be our main IT provider?

Yes. Clockwork IT can act as your primary IT resource, supplement an existing team, or look after a defined part of the environment. We discuss the scope and responsibilities with you.

What if something needs an on-site visit?

Some hardware, cabling, and installation work needs hands-on access. On-site service is available in Ottawa and the surrounding area when required. We can discuss that work alongside your remote support arrangements.

What is included in an ongoing service?

We agree on the systems and tasks you want us to handle, such as account administration, software updates, or network maintenance. Availability, responsibilities, and support arrangements are discussed before the service starts.

Can you support multiple locations?

Yes. Remote support and administration can cover businesses and sites outside Ottawa, including organizations with multiple locations. Site connectivity and secure access help determine what can be managed remotely.
